This is Winter???!!??

The one year I actually looked forward to a winter laden landscape here in the midwest, Mother Nature decides to give our area a heat wave.  It was 38 degrees at 7:00p on a January night, the lake isn't frozen and not one fluffy white snowflake floating around.

This is what I was looking forward to:

This is what I could get this morning.  By 12:00p, the snow was gone from the branches as another heat wave floated over our area.
